Wrapped in modern décor and offering an intimate dining experience, this family restaurant was started by local residents and brothers—Dean and SJ. With a Head Chef of over 15 years of experience and Certified Sake Professional on hand, Sushi SUYU offers a variety of sake as well as a selection of wine and beer to perfectly pair with the flavor profile of your choosing.

Parking Details
Customer Parking: There is free public parking available throughout the Town of Apex.
Saunders Lot is located directly behind the Sushi SUYU building and also across the street from the Apex Police Department. The public parking is accessible through Templeton St or Saunders St off of N Salem St.
Take-out Parking: There are two designated parking spots in the parking lot next to the restaurant reserved for take-out orders.
